Targeted preventive action to reach our 2025 zero accidents goal 2022 was a successful year in terms of achieving zero serious or fatal accidents. Nevertheless, our goal is to achieve zero work-related accidents of any kind in a calendar year by 2025. Preventive action will be key to achieving this goal. We will increase the collection of data on near misses - incidents that did not cause damage but could have done. This will enable us to consistently identify unsafe situations and take action to prevent them.
